Sky Point Digital's Abuse of the Google Adwords Program

Dear Mr. Schmidt:

Since you are the CEO of Google, I wanted to alert you to a Internet retailer that is committing consumer fraud, on a massive scale, via the Google Adwords program. Skypointdigital.com consistently appears as a sponsored link offering the lowest price on camera and camcorders. However, once the consumer places the online order, they are then required to call skypoint, at which time they are offered overpriced accessories.  If they do not agree to purchase any accessories, the camera/camcorder is magically out of stock.  Please read the comments to my blog or the reviews on resellerratings.com for further information that conclusively establishes that Skypoint is a fraudulent enterprise.  Skypointdigital is operated by unscrupulous criminals, and they are enabled by Google.  They are not only undermining the credibility of eCommerce, but also the credibility of Google search results.  Please remove them from your service immediately.

I wish I had read your posting before I ordered a Canon telescopic lens from Sky Point Digital. The upgrade they claimed was a different name brand. It took me two days to actually speak to a representative; I was referred to different departments and each time the wait time was no less than 15 minutes. This is the worst shopping experience I have ever encountered. After holding on and waiting over an hour, the person called John answered;he was very degrading to me. He was so abusive until I ask for his CEO, at that time he replied that he was the CEO. All I needed was an authorization number to return the lens. I explained that I have been
listening him verbally abuse me over an hour, he replied, "Well, let's go for an hour and a half".
This was a horrible experience. He told me I couldn't read and I didn't understand the section regarding returns. This company wanted to charge me a restocking fee, additional $150 to get the camera that I ordered originally.
I asked for his name and address, he refused and said that was priviliage information. His rage lasted approximately one hour and fifteen minutes. I agree, their business practices are misleading and fraud.
