Nextag continues to allow Brooklyn-based bait and switch websites to appear in its search results. One of the worst offenders right now is Instockdigital.com. Read the reviews and experiences of customers. Absolutely, 100% bait and switch fraud. I'm shocked and pissed that a publicly traded company that purports to provide price comparison services fails to protect its users. By turning a blind eye to this fraud they are basically complicit in it. If I were a legitimate company, such as B&H, Dell, or J&R, I'd pull all my advertising from Nextag until they clean up their act. Enabling fraudsters like buyherephoto and instockdigital to rip people off is despicable.
A personal note to Nextag: I know you guys read this blog. As a test, go ahead and search for a Nikon D90 using your service. Then see if you can buy one from buyherephoto.com for $439...your advertised "best value." There is absolutely no way they will deliver for this price unless you agree to an overpriced battery, charger, or bullshit "firmware." Time to remove these bastards from Nextag.

AKA Need For Digital and 5th Avenue Digital
I emailed nextag myself inregards to Thedigitalhunter.com. I filed with BBB, The Internet Claim Fraud department and Attorney General of Florida. I seeked outside help to contact them. They did not want to give me information. They emailed me to take down a rating because they were doing what they said. I still have no refund. Please report them. It is easy go to this site http://myfloridalegal.com/pages.nsf/Main/C4F4D606419B87DD8525737E005A958A feel out the online form and also click on the other links to file if you have had issue. Why nextag keeps the people on their site is beyond me and the legits companies should stay away.
